Founded in 1902 as Rastrick Bowling Green Company the club continues to thrive not only in Crown Green Bowling with teams at all levels but as a focus for community involvement from weddings and civil ceremonies to football, snooker, line dancing and lots more come and join us, all ages welcome.

Our Function Suite is licensed for 200 persons has a large stage with dance floor and is suitable for weddings, birthdays (sorry no 18ths), anniversaries, christenings, namings and kids parties at a small room charge - we are also able to accommodate funeral teas.
If you are anticipating a Civil Ceremony or Wedding we are licenced by Calderdale MBC and can offer a very cost effective venue - design it yourself or we can help including dressing the room, catering and music.
The Rastrick Classic competition, now in its 8th year, attracts players from all over the country pitting their wits against our green for a total prize fund in excess of £4,000 - see the sub section for more details.
